Dr. Andrés Rugeles joins Brennan & Partners as a Senior Advisor

Brennan & Partners is delighted to announce that Dr. Andrés Rugeles has joined the company as a Senior Advisor.
A senior Advisor at Brennan & Partners, Dr. Rugeles is a former Secretary of Transparency of Colombia, amongst other former Colombian Cabinet-level roles. He is also a former Colombian Ambassador to the United Nations in New York and a former Secretary-General of CAF – Development Bank of Latin America with extensive experience in multilateral banking.
Dr. Rugeles is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Global South Unit at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is also an Associate Member of the Latin American Centre at the University of Oxford, International Affiliate Scholar of the Latin American and Caribbean Studies Program at Cornell University, Vice-President of the Colombian Foreign Affairs Council, amongst other domestic and international roles.
The appointment of Dr. Rugeles to the Advisory Board reflects Brennan & Partners’ ongoing commitment to promoting long-term, ethical and sustainable trade and investment initiatives between Latin America and the world on behalf our client base which includes governments, corporates and investors.
