Manuel González Sanz Senior Advisor
A Senior Advisor at Brennan & Partners, Sr. González Sanz is a former Costa Rican Foreign Minister, Minister of Foreign Trade, President of PROCOMER and Ambassador to the United Nations.
Sr. González Sanz currently holds a number of domestic and international roles, including as a Partner of leading Costa Rican law firm Facio y Cañas.
He is a former Professor of Corporate Law and Securities at the Universidad de Costa Rica and a former Board Member of the International Bank of Costa Rica. He has also served as a member of the Forum of Emerging Markets in Latin America and Vice-President of the Chamber of Exporters of Costa Rica.
Sr. González Sanz completed a degree in Law at the Universidad de Costa Rica and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Law from the Columbia University Law School where he was Harlam Stone Scholar. He was also a Fulbright Scholar at the Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies in Washington D.C..
